We specialise in Home Heating Design, Energy Rating and Consultancy services, we have recently extended this work to residential management. We would welcome any comments or suggestion that you may have, as we are constantly updating our web page.

Central Heating Design

We provide an independent and impartial central heating design service. This enables customers or plumbers to purchase equipment such boilers and radiators more competitively, thereby saving on the overall capital cost of the central heating system.

System designs will avoid a number of issues such as lack of heat in very cold spells provide yourselves with a better understanding of your Central heating system and its use.

Central Heating systems are customised to your individual needs and can be in its simplest form a boiler size and radiator schedule to more elaborate A1 size scale drawings with pipe runs, boiler, radiator locations and specification.

The additional benefits of our service is customer satisfaction with the knowledge that the system has been designed by Engineers who are CIBSE qualified and who hold membership of Engineering Council and Corgi.

Home Energy Ratings

The company have qualified assessors who can carry out home energy ratings and are able to give impartial advise on the latest cost solutions, should the proposed building specification not meet the required standard.

Certification Gas/Electrical

We provide a Landlord gas and electrical safety check service, this service allows for the inspection and servicing of Gas and Electrical installations.

Consultancy

The company is Corgi Registered and can carry out Gas Safety Checks on any aspect of the gas installation and appliances within the home. Full system checks are possible to show compliance with the necessary Gas Safety Installation & Use Regulations and also the necessary British Standards. Full reports produced explaining the necessary remedial works required to achieve compliance of systems.

We also covered Electrical work and provide verification and compliance of installations

Meter Line Diagrams

In line with the requirements of the Gas Safety Installation & Use Regulations all mains service pipes with a diameter greater than 50mm require a meter line diagram to be produced. Detailed drawings are provided to comply with the standard and produced with all the necessary labelling required to meet this requirement.

Full survey/Inspection of systems are carried out to ensure compliance of the installation. All large factories, warehouses, superstores and small business units need to comply with this standard.

Residential Letting & Management
